IT Business Analyst for European Region

This role covers following activities

  • Ensure functional alignment for requirements from whole European Region
  • Propose changes in Information Systems in reactive and proactive mode
  • Describe, analyse and validate the company's business processes to implement change requests for application development
  • Support project activities even directly in European countries (AT, SK, HU, RO, BG FR and other.)
  • Follow the methodology of the development, system integration and implementation of new applications
  • Help to coordinate individual departments or sections in terms of process or project requirements by liaising between the IT Department and the operation
  • Provide technical specifications, analysis of these requirements and propose solutions
  • Participate on User Acceptance Test process


Requirements

  • Strong and proven experience on similar role (app. 5 years)
  • Fluent English spoken and written, Czech language is an advantage
  • Experienced in SW development for customers facing applications and in analysis within international environment
  • Independent and goal oriented personality with focus on delivery, capable of managing complex tasks
  • Out off the box thinking for innovative ideas during solution design
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills capable to challenge status-quo
  • Knowledge of insurance business would be an advantage
