Product & Marketing Manager

Key responsibility

  • Responsibility for product management and product development and/or for marketing communication and customer experience development
  • Responsibility for product standardization
  • Support of local businesses

 

Main activities

  • Manage the assigned insurance products and/or marketing agenda in the selected countries: value proposition, product parameters and features, product performance KPI's, marketing materials, customer-facing communication etc. Coordinate, prioritize and efficiently harmonize the assigned product and/or marketing activities among the countries
  • Modify the products in order to align with market trends, changing customer needs, internal performance criteria or to reflect necessary changes in underlying processes and technical platform
  • Standardize these product parameters and features not only within the countries, but also on the regional level
  • Create and define product and communication standards and manage the process of harmonization of existing products and customer experience towards the standards
  • Develop new products for the countries and partners, based on market assessment or inputs from distribution and business partners
  • Prepare regular local and regional benchmarks of products vs. competition, actively look for new trends or threats
  • Manage the product development, including cross-border, and change projects, follow the project management methodology and applicable policies
  • Prepare and develop the marketing communication related either to the products, to Company's brand or generally facing the customers. Advocate for the customer and promote the culture and changes in communication with and towards the customers to achieve desired satisfaction
  • Monitor customer experience with products and services to identify potential issues and development areas, propose and steer the changes

 

 Our Requirements & Your Profile

  • Proven successful track record of product management related to financial or insurance products
  • Ability to quickly assess and understand the needs of the customers and partner and how to liaise them with the objectives of the Company
  • Independent and goal oriented personality, capable of managing complex tasks in multi-stream, multi-cultural and corporate environment
  • Open to new ideas, willing to challenge status quo, looking for solutions rather than excuses
  • Act with respect towards others
  • Respect company rules and act accordingly
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Be fair and open in communication
  • Fluent English spoken and written
  • University degree recommended, high school acceptable for strong profile candidates
  • Willing to be based in Prague CZ
